This is a fantastic book to go along with the CD of the the same title. My son is playing guitar around 4 years now and takes lessons on theory and reading. If you learn music the old fashioned way, by reading, this book is excellant. I play bass and even though the "bass" lines are not there exactly, you can use the bass line that is included fro the piano to follow along. It gives me and my 14 year old a chance to play some great classic music together.

The Beatles. 1967-1970 Vocal Guitar - Jamie Haley - Connecticut USA
This is a great intermediate piano/vocal/guitar book. There's a good selection of songs and they are playable as solos or accompaniments. The book can be a little hard to keep open since the binding isn't sectioned, but other than that, I was happy with it.
